Subsea Hydraulic Pressure Unit (HPU)

  • Product Overview

These stand-alone electric hydraulic pumps are great when you need to add fluid power to your system subsea. The units feature piston pumps that can generate up to 5,000 PSI above ambient pressure and flow rates up to .5 GPM.

All units feature RS-232 and RS-485 serial interfaces for advanced control and monitoring of the units. They can also be controlled by an analog voltage control input to be used to vary their flow rates. Units are rated down to 4,000 meters, and can be configured to operate over a wide DC operating voltage.

2G Engineering is an AS9100 certified organization.

  • Testing & Verification

All Hydraulic Pressure Units have an end-of-line Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) performed on them before they leave our facility.

Each unit comes with a record of performance and test for traceability. If extended subsea environmental testing is needed, please contact 2G for a quotation.

  • Product Configurations

The Hydraulic Pressure Units have multiple configuration options to choose from:
