• 2000 series rotary actuator

    Product Overview

Like all 2G actuators, the 2000 Series rotary actuator family has fully integrated positioning feedback and motor control systems. The angular measurement system on the units never needs calibration or “homing” on power on.

All 2G actuators are IP69K rated – providing total protection from water and dust ingress, and protection from steam-jet cleaning.

There are two variants of 2000 rotary available: the High Speed model and the High Torque model. The High Speed unit is capable of a maximum rotational force of 10 ft. lbs. at a maximum rotational speed of 60 RPM at 24 V whereas the High Torque unit is capable of 30 ft. lbs. continuous use and 50 ft. lbs. peak at a maximum rotational speed of 9 RPM at 24 V.

All units in this family have RS-232, RS-485, and analog control options as standard.

2G Engineering is an AS9100 certified organization.
