Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of sales. This will be the first formal sales role employed by the company. You will be responsible for our actuator product lines. Typical customers are in the oil and gas, aerospace, and defense industries.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily sales operations
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Establish sales goals and metrics
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers


  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
